Store-Bought Enrichment Ideas

Digging through stores to find the best enrichment toys can be overwhelming and time-consuming. That's why, for this week, I want to highlight some of my recommendations for store-bought fillable toys, puzzles, and chews. Below you will find various types of fillable enrichment items and some chew toys. Disclaimers: supervision is required when you first introduce a new enrichment toy, and may be necessary every time one is given. If your pup is a heavy chewer or often eats things they shouldn't, some of these enrichments may not be appropriate. When giving any frozen toy to a dog, please note that large chunks of ice can damage your dog's teeth. When giving a chew toy that is not VOHC-approved, please note that it can cause tooth fractures.
